Why am I running for Emeryville City Council?

It is an opportunity to serve the city that is my home for 14 years.  It is an opportunity to be a part of meaningful solutions on the issues of climate change, land use, allocation of limited resources, public health and safety, and nurturing community spirit.  It is an opportunity to help create a sustainable, safe, and healthy city and an engaged community strengthened by diversity and mutual respect.

Volunteer Work

I help raise corporate funds for San Francisco City Impact which works relentlessly to uplift the families in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco.  I help sponsor the education of children going to school in the Tenderloin District and also directly contribute to it.
